Abstract:In this paper, the dynamic characteristics of a class of nonlinear finance system are investigated by means of numerical simulation. The model developed in this work is composed of four subblocks: production, money, stock and labor force. At first, the development of four state variables for the interest rate, the investment demand, the price exponent, and the average profit margin with the time are described by four dimensional differential equations. The hyper chaotic finance system is simplified as a group of four dimensional autonomous differential equations. The nonlinear dynamic characteristics of the system are then examined by the numerical simulations of four dimensional differential equations. The threedimensional phase diagrams illustrated the nonlinear characteristics of the financial system. Moreover, the numerical results demonstrated that under certain condition, periodic motion and chaotic motion exist in the nonlinear system. In addition, it is found that system parameters and initial conditions have great influence on the nonlinear dynamical behavior of four dimensional autonomous hyper chaotic systems.
