Nonclassical potential symmetries of FokkerPlanck equation are determined by using a new method,and some class of new explicit solutions, which can not be obtained through the Lie symmetries or LieBacklund symmetries of FokkerPlanck equation, are constructed by using nonclassical symmetry method to these new symmetry generators. In the process of verification, more explicit solutions, which can not be derived from the Lie symmetries, LieBacklund symmetries or Nonclassical potential symmetries of FokkerPlanck equation,are found. It's shown that there is possibility of finding new explicit solutions of partial differential equations through their nonclassical potential symmetries.
