    转子加速瞬态不平衡响应的振动特性分析是对转子系统进行瞬态动平衡的必要条件.以三盘转子系统为研究对象,建立了基于有限元法的多盘转子动力学模型,随后采用拉丁超立方抽样方法均匀抽取了1000组不平衡参数组合,计算各质量盘在各阶临界转速附近的振动峰值,获得了各参数的灵敏度贡献度指标并通过试验进行了验证.研究结果表明:各盘的不平衡大小对各阶振动峰值均有显著影响,贡献度较高且以正效应为主;而不平衡方位角对前两阶振动峰值的灵敏度较低,但对第三阶振动峰值具有明显的正贡献,尤其是盘1和盘2的方位角变化使得三阶峰值响应波动超过150%.通过改变各盘不平衡参数进行瞬态响应仿真与试验验证,结果表明参数变化对临界转速附近及“伪共振”区域的振动峰值影响最为显著.该项研究可为多盘转子系统的瞬态动平衡策略制定提供理论依据.

    Abstract:

    The analysis of vibration characteristics of transient unbalanced rotor response during acceleration is a prerequisite for transient dynamic balancing of rotor systems. Using a three-disk rotor system as the research object, a dynamic model of the multi-disk rotor was established based on the finite element method. Subsequently, 1000 sets of unbalance parameter combinations were uniformly sampled using the Latin hypercube sampling method. The vibration peaks near each critical speed of each disk were calculated, and the sensitivity contribution indices of each parameter were obtained and verified through experiments. The results show that the unbalance magnitude of each disk has a significant effect on the vibration peaks of all orders, with high contribution and mainly positive effects. In contrast, the unbalance azimuth shows low sensitivity to the first two order vibration peaks but has a significant positive contribution to the third-order vibration peaks. Particularly, changes in the azimuth of Disk 1 and Disk 2 cause the third-order peak response to fluctuate by more than 150%. Transient response simulations and experimental validation by varying the unbalance parameters of each disk demonstrate that parameter changes have the most significant effect on the vibration peaks near the critical speeds and the "pseudo-resonance" region. This study provides a theoretical basis for formulating transient dynamic balancing strategies for multi-disk rotor systems.
