    摘要:

    在高速旋转、长期运行和交变载荷等恶劣工况下工作的转子系统容易发生裂纹故障,这会对运行稳定性构成威胁.裂纹故障引起转子的振动变化反映了外力自驱动点通过转轴向系统传递能量的过程出现异常.因此,基于振动功率流方法来研究在裂纹故障影响下的弹性支承悬臂转子,结果揭示了在裂纹引发转子产生异常振动响应背后的能量特性.此外,研究了高转速区域随着转速出现非线性分岔时,裂纹转子系统的振动能量变化情况,得到了在准周期与多周期相互转化的过程中会引发能量曲线振荡的结论.

    Abstract:

    Rotor systems operating under harsh conditions, such as high-speed rotation, long-term operation, and alternating loads, are susceptible to crack faults that pose a threat to operational stability. The vibration resulting from crack faults in rotor systems reflect the abnormal process of energy transmission from the external driving point through the shaft. Therefore, employing the vibration power flow method, this study investigates elastically supported cantilevered rotors under the influence of crack faults to reveal the underlying energy characteristics. Furthermore, examining vibrational energy variations in cracked rotor systems within high-speed regions during nonlinear bifurcation reveals that energy curves oscillate during quasi-periodic and multi-periodic transitions.
