    摘要:

    为了进一步将隔震技术推广应用于村镇低矮建筑中,分析了织物芯输送带结构,提出了采用废旧织物芯输送带制作叠层橡胶支座,并制作了叠层支座样品.在此基础上,对该支座的竖向压缩性能与剪切性能进行了探讨.研究表明,废旧织物芯输送带叠层橡胶支座制作工艺简单,成本低;压缩刚度较同尺寸叠层钢板橡胶支座小,支座样品在4MPa压力作用下应变达到5%,支座边缘向外鼓凸,粘接层局部出现细微撕裂张口现象,但先后两次加载所得支座压缩刚度基本不变;水平压剪试验表明,在4MPa压力作用下,支座剪切应变最大达到136%,支座两侧卷曲严重,剪切刚度未见明显变化,但支座存在明显的胶粘撕裂现象,并导致第二次压剪试验所得剪切刚度降低约18%.以上研究获得了该新型支座的基本力学性能,为后续进一步的模型试验、数值模拟与工程应用研究提供了良好的基础.

    Abstract:

    In order to further promote the seismic isolation technology to the rural low-rise buildings, the structure of the fabric core conveyor belt was analyzed, and the waste belt was first introduced to make laminated rubber bearings. Based on the notion, a sample of the fabric core conveyor belt laminated rubber bearing was fabricated, the vertical compression and horizontal shear properties were then investigated. Results show that the manufacturing process of the bearing was very simple and the cost was very low. The vertical stiffness of the bearing was smaller than that of common steel rubber bearing, the compression strain reached 5% under the pressure of 4MPa, in which state the bearing bulged outwards, and tiny cracks were observed in the middle splice layer. Besides, the vertical stiffness varied little for two compression tests. For the compression shear tests, the maximum strain in the test was 136%, both sides of the bearing crimped obviously, the shear stiffness showed no obvious difference in the test, however, local part of the adhesive layer was torn, which caused a 18% reduction of the shear stiffness of the bearing in the following second test. The basic mechanical properties of this new type of bearing were discussed in this study, it provided a good foundation for the future model experiment and the application effect study.
