    摘要:

    为了完成航天器内的管路高量级振动试验考核.从理论上分析得知管路失效的决定性因素为振动应变,裁掉高频段振动环境明显降低振动试验量级,分别通过试验以及有限元方法对比分析裁掉高频段前后的振动环境下管路振动应变的差异.结果显示在涵盖管路主要谐振频率的原则下,选取截止频率裁掉振动条件高频段,管路振动应变影响不大.可以通过剪裁振动条件代替原有振动试验条件考核管路,提高管路振动试验的可行性.

    Abstract:

    In order to complete the high level vibration test of pipeline in spacecraftheoretical analysis results show that the decisive factor for the pipeline failure is vibration strain, cutting the high frequency region of vibration environment can significantly reduce the vibration magnitudethe difference of the pipeline vibration strain before and after cutting high frequency region respectively by test and finite element method. The results show that under the principle the cut?off frequency higher than the main resonance frequency, the cut?off frequency is chosen to reduce the vibration magnitude, and the vibration strains of the pipeline are not affected. It is acceptable that cutting off the vibration test condition to replace the original vibration test condition the feasibility of pipeline vibration test.
