B-spline wavelet on the interval (BSWI) element of Hamilton canonical equation was established by combining the modified HellingerReissner (H-R) variational principle for elastic material with Bspline wavelet function on the interval.The modified HR variational principle for elastic material was presented,and the BSWI element of Hamilton canonical equation was derived from the variational principle with the scaling function of B-spline wavelet on the interval.The results of numerical examples show the correctness of the BSWI element formulation proposed.
